Weekend at Kingswood!

YLF headed off with Year 7 pupils from New Line Learning Academy for a weekend of learning, team building, and developing new skills at Kingswood Activity Centre.

The group conquered many challenges using listening, leadership, and team building skills with activities that included obstacle courses, zip wiring, climbing and 3G swing. For those less confident in facing fears of heights, their school friends gave them the motivation and self-esteem boosts they needed to tackle the activities - with a smile!

With so many challenging activities during the day, it was good to relax in the evenings with a film and hot chocolate - but the evening fun of also going to the disco and having a dance off between teachers and pupils cannot be forgotten!!
