Thankyou Foresters Financial!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Foresters Financial, our Gravesham youth groups have received £1,500 worth of equipment, materials, and refreshments to support over 50 young people who attend our sessions each week!

From bean bags to footballs, board games to snacks, and so much more, this amazing donation will help us create a safe, inclusive, and fun space where young people can be themselves, build confidence, and make lasting friendships.

This amazing act of kindness began with one young person’s journey…

Callum was showing remarkable progress whilst receiving support from one of our YLF mentors at his school. His confidence grew, self-awareness improved, and he started to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Encouraged by this positive change, Callum decided to join our Legends Youth Group in Gravesham where he quickly built friendships and found a sense of belonging and joy. Watching her child flourish, Callum’s Mum wanted to give something back to the group that had made such a difference to her child’s life.

She applied for a Foresters Financial grant, hoping to support the very place that had supported their family, and the application was successful!

Thanks to one very grateful Mum, and the generosity of Foresters Financial, we were able to purchase a wide range of equipment and refreshments that will benefit over 50 young people who attend our Gravesham groups!

Recently, some of our team spent an afternoon unboxing, organising, and setting up all the new items, joined by two lovely representatives from Foresters Financial who came along to lend a hand.

The impact of this donation will be felt for a long time to come, helping our young people feel valued, supported, and empowered every time they walk through our doors.
