Hub Update

Our Hubs around the county had many activities going on last week.

Thanet

We had Thanet making sandwiches, playing board games, enjoying games consoles and playing sports.

“It has been really cool to be able to play football outside under the flood lights”

Sittingbourne

Sittingbourne had a great time with sword fights, colouring and playing pool, as well as having a lovely visit from the High Sheriff of Kent. The High Sheriff spoke with the young people about what they get up to at the Hub and what they would be doing if it were not there.

“I loved doing sword fights, it was awesome!”

What a great project you run – well done! I really enjoyed my visit and was encouraged to see the care and support you and your colleagues are giving to young people” – Jane Ashton, High Sheriff of Kent

Medway MCYPC

The young people of the MCYPC group had a great time running around and having fun! Football, relay races, lighthouse and wink murder! Just a few of the wacky games they took part in.

“I’m so happy to be at group, I got to see my brother and I’m looking forward to coming each week!”
