Director of Advocacy Programmes

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join the YLF Senior Management Team and lead our Advocacy Programmes in our brand new five-year strategy.

You will manage a team of staff and volunteers, delivering YLF’s Advocacy and Rights Programme, Appropriate Adults, Accompanying Adults, Independent Visitors and Children in Care Council. 

Full Time – based in Maidstone, YLF HQ 

Salary: £36,371 – £40,578

Advocate – Children & Young People

We are recruiting for sessional Advocates to join the YLF Advocacy Programmes team to promote young people’s rights and entitlements, and assist them to be able to make informed choices about what happens in their lives.

You will manage your own case load of young people aged between 0-24 across Kent and Medway. Experience of working with young people required. Training provided.

Zero-Hour Contract – remotely working across Kent and Medway

£15 per hour
