Role: Futures Senior Coordinator

Hours: Full-Time (35 hours pw)

Salary: Starting from £27,711 (FTE)

Closing Date: Extended until 06.03.2026!

This Senior role leads our growing Futures Programmes across Kent and Medway; coordinating  and inspiring a team of staff and community of volunteers in the delivery and development of a support package that helps care leavers with skills, confidence and opportunities to shape their future!

Role: Sessional Youth Worker

Positions in: New Ash Green, Gravesend, Sittingbourne and Maidstone

Hours: Sessional/flexible – £12.50ph

Closing Date: Open-ended until positions are filled

Our youth workers organise and take part in a fun and inclusive programme of activities, trips and adventures supporting children aged 8-18. Make a positive impact in a child’s life and help them to thrive!
