Comedy Night Fundraiser
Laughter and generosity take centre stage!
The YLF comedy night returned for its 6th year and was an immense success, delivering an evening filled with laughter, entertainment, and generosity.
Held at the Bridgewood Manor Hotel, the venue was glittering with Christmas sparkle, and the event brought together a supportive audience to enjoy an evening of festive canapes and a hilarious lineup of talented comedians.
Mike Gunn and Stephen Grant, from Lonestar Comedy Club, each brought their unique style and comedic flair to the stage with laughter and applause from the audience.
Between acts, the YLF team and some young people shared stories and insights into the charity, reminding everyone of the purpose behind the event and the impact their contributions would make. We were extremely proud of the young people having the confidence to join us and stand on stage.
There were also raffles and cash prize games the audience joined in with, to help raise a grand total of £4,075!
A shining example of how laughter, community, and generosity can come together to raise meaningful funds that will help care-experienced young people in Kent, as they transition to independence.
