YLF Mentoring
YLF mentoring aims to improve skills, behaviour and relationships, building on goals set by the young person.
YLF mentoring aims to improve skills, behaviour and relationships, building on goals set by the young person.
Young people who are considered to be at risk of offending, socially excluded or in need of support can be referred for a YLF Mentor – a volunteer who will guide and support them.
A Mentor will meet with a young person over a set period of time to work towards achievable goals to build self esteem, improve relationships and attainment, or engage in positive activities within the community.
We have projects set up across every district in Kent. Young people can also take part in safe online mentoring and gaming sessions with our Legends team!
