Inside India | Ready or Not!?

The 'Inside India' group are more than ready to head off to India for their overseas experience!

Sean says, "I cannot wait for this great experience, it will definitely be life changing. I am definitely ready for this challenge and I know that it won’t be easy. I wouldn't want to miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity and feel that I can make a difference to people that aren't as privileged as we are.

This will be a great insight into how other people live and cope in those terrible conditions. I think that I will come back from India thinking how lucky I am to have a roof over my head and a comfortable bed, these simple things that they don’t. Not only will this be challenging, but also rewarding!"

The group of 9 have even been working hard to raise funds to support their trip and so far, we have been fundraising by cooking cakes, doing fancy dress dares, running the Medway Mile and many other creative ways.

Paddy has already raised over £150 for doing a day's fancy dress in multiple outfits! Well done Paddy!

Ed has been cooking cakes, scones and much more to sell at friends and family workplaces and so far raised more than £50. Good job Ed!
