Invicta Cup Summer Party

Summer Party in Partnership with Special Olympics GB
The sun was shining on Godmersham Park as over 170 guests met on the lawn for a drinks reception before a Charity Summer Party. By kind permission of Fiona Sunley and Kings School, Canterbury, guests were supporting two charities, The Young Lives Foundation and Special Olympics GB. The night raised an amazing £16,000 to support the young people of both charities!
This year’s event launched the Invicta Cup, a charity golf day at Littlestone Golf Club, followed by the summer party at Godmersham Park. Guests enjoyed supper, both a silent and live auction, Heads and Tails, and a prize draw. They were treated to entertainment by jazz pianist, Robert Reid, and dancing led by DJ, Nicolay on Sax.
Funds raised will support the Young Lives Foundation in delivering much sought after mentoring to children in need across Kent and by Special Olympics to launch a Kent Branch of the charity.
We would like to say thank you to all those who attended and supported our Summer Party, including our Ambassadors and Charity Partners and Friends. A huge thank you to those who donated auction and raffle prizes – your generosity is valued and with your support we are able to make a difference to young lives.. Thank you..
