Winning streak for Medway's young people...
Medway’s young people took part in our MCYPC Annual Football Match, and both the Junior and Senior team are on a winning streak against Medway professionals with a 5-4 win!
Over 150 people joined together at Chatham Town Football Club for the event and finishing the evening with an awards ceremony and pizza!
Young people were running and putting their football skills to the test, we had some young pro ballers who were not afraid to get stuck in, the professionals should have known what was coming, however they did give it their best go. A young lad Number 11 scored a hat trick, our YLF Trustee Paddy was lucky to escape a red card for his theatrics on the pitch….Lenny over heated but loved cheering all the players on!
Young people and workers all received an award for their sportsmanship and amazing participation.
A big thank you to all those who turned up supported and were cheering everyone on. We can’t wait for next year 😊
