Advocacy Week is Here!

IT'S YLF'S ADVOCACY WEEK!!

And we are kicking the week off by launching YLF's Freephone line dedicated to young people needing advocacy support

Over the past year the Advocacy Team observed that young people often rely on friends, family, carers or social services to be able to contact us, which can be worrying for young people who want to talk in confidence.

Our Freephone line will now allow young people to call from any number, including mobiles, for free!

This week we are also celebrating the fantastic outcomes which have been achieved for young people with the help of YLF Advocacy Team!

Did you know that from 1 April 2015 – 31 March 2016 the advocacy team supported over 500 young people across Kent and Medway?!

Our team of independent advocates are dedicated and passionate about supporting young people to have their voices heard and rights and entitlements met.
