Monday to FRY-day!

Monday became the new FRY-day for YLF and Heart FM as we visited Papa's Barn fish and chip shop to support Global's Make Some Noise campaign!

The YLF team paid a visit to see James and Becky from the Heart Breakfast Show, serve fish and chips to customers in Ditton, Maidstone. Papa's Barn was donating all proceeds taken between 5:30-7:30pm (not just profit!!) to the Make Some Noise campaign.

The busy evening saw a stream of visitors queueing for chips and even a quick selfie with the Heart presenters...! (Including us!!) It was also great to see the Heart Angels collecting extra donations in buckets and generating custom!

YLF will be benefiting from donations made to the Make Some Noise campaign with Heart FM to change young lives - particularly the lives of young people in Kent who are in need of YLF's support!

A huge thank you to Papa's Barn for supporting the campaign and to James and Becky for the quick and friendly service!

An even bigger thank you goes to all who visited the takeaway, not only for a delicious fish and chip supper but for making a difference to children in need in the local community!
