IMPORTANT – Please Note:

REQUESTS ONLY – this booking request form does not confirm an interview booking. You will receive your confirmation by email within 2 days (except weekends). Please contact accompanyingadult@ylf.org.uk if you do not hear from us.

NOTICE – to support your referral, we ask that your booking request is made with at least 5-7 working days notice prior to the interview, unless other agreed protocols are in place. Please email us at accompanyingadult@ylf.org.uk for any other requests or clarity.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS – changes to your submitted booking request must be made by emailing accompanyingadult@ylf.org.uk
