Here at YLF, for young people accessing any of our services, we focus on six resilience domains that enable young people to lead a fulfilling life.
Our volunteers work alongside young people in improving these key factors, and in turn improving the resilience of young people, to better deal with the ups and downs in life.

We have a number of experienced and trained members in our team including advocates, volunteer appropriate adults, volunteer mentors and volunteer befrienders. Also, our Legends programme provides exciting opportunities for young people to gain self-esteem, learn new skills, and develop new interests!
YLF has over 230 volunteers across Kent and Medway, delivering 34,000 voluntary hours per annum which equates to £255,000 at minimum wage!
