YLF’s Action Packed Half Term

YLF has had a fun filled half term jam-packed with activities for the young people of Kent and Medway!

With fundraised money and support from the Greggs Foundation, Austin & Hope Pilkington Trust, and Thomas Cook Children's Charity, we were able to give our youngster's in need an action pack week with 4 days worth of trips out.

• A visit to Lazer Rush for a high-paced shooting game of lazer tag
• A muddy day of quad biking and archery
• A venture into London to watch the magical performance of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
• A team quest to battle in a day of paintballing

"I had the best day ever - it was really fun - can we go again?"

We have been delighted to give the young people the opportunity to be a part of these activities, which for most were first-time experiences! We thank those who have helped us achieve this and look forward to providing the children we support with more opportunities like this in the future.
